On behalf of the Canada Cup Host Committee, we are pleased to invite your team to apply to compete in the Canada Cup Showcase Select International Softball Championship taking place JULY 4-7, 2025 in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Don’t miss this great opportunity for young athletes to develop their skills and display their talents by competing against other softball teams in competition.
About the Canada Cup Showcase SELECT International Softball Championship
- The 2025 Canada Cup Showcase Select International Softball Championship will be held from JULY 4-7, 2025 in Surrey, British Columbia and will promote the development of fastpitch by helping young female athletes reach for their personal best.
- 2025 is promising to be an outstanding year for the Canada Cup Showcase Select International Softball Championship as we extended invitations to teams all over North America.
- Canada Cup invites hundreds of college and university scouts to the Canada Cup International Softball Championship. By participating in this tournament you will be providing your players with an excellent opportunity to be considered for scholarships at a variety of NCAA Division 1, 2 and 3, NAIA, and NJCAA schools in North America.
- Up to 20 players and up to four (4) coaches will be given full Canada Cup accreditation. This will give them complimentary access to all Canada Cup competition venues.

- The opportunity to celebrate the sport of fastpitch with teams from around North America.
- Minimum five (5) pre-scheduled games.
- Hundreds of college and university coaches/scouts invited.
- Host venues located within a 2-hour drive from SeaTac Airport in Seattle, Washington and 10 minutes from the USA/Canada border.
- The opportunity to share the field during the Canada Cup International Softball Championship with members of Team Canada and other top Youth International teams.
Guidelines to be part of the Canada Cup Showcase Select International Softball Championship
- All players competing in the 2025 Canada Cup Showcase Select International Softball Championship must be born in 2008 or more recently.
- Canadian Bantam ‘B’ Girls, USA 17U ‘B’ Girls, and USA 17U Girls teams only.
- Entry fee will be $975 CAD Teams from outside the lower mainland who register and pay prior to December 31, 2024 are eligible to receive a discounted entry fee of $825 CAD.
- The Canada Cup Selection Committee will make the final decision on who will compete in the Canada Cup Showcase Select International Softball Championship.
