Championship Round
After Round Robin play is complete, the top three (3) teams from each pool will proceed to the Championship Round. Additionally, the top one (1) remaining team, based on Canada Cup qualifying criteria*, will earn a ‘Wild Card' berth into the Championship Round. The Championship Round is double elimination with a sudden death championship final (no 'if necessary game' played).

* Wildcard Qualifying Criteria: All remaining teams (14 teams) will be ranked based on the Canada Cup Tie-Breaking Criteria*.  The one (1) wildcard team will be placed 16th in the Canada Cup Futures Championship Round.

Consolation Round
The remainder of the teams will proceed to a modified, single elimination Consolation Round.
